In the same complex where one of the godfathers of the electric guitar set up shop, MAPS: Fender Avenue opened in 2008, and has been among the longest operating studios serving our great community of musicians in Orange County and beyond.
MAPS: Penn District launched last year in New York City, offering an exclusive studio for MAPS members, as well as twelve live rehearsal rooms next to Madison Square Garden.
Now we’re proud to announce our third location, coming to San Diego November 2026.

MAPS functions differently than other studios. We’re invested in our producers’ careers with a wider, long-term focus. As such, not everyone can join MAPS. We seek hard-working, career-focused creators who are a good fit with our community, can be trusted with unprecedented autonomy and access to multiple studios, and recognize the value of lowered overhead and community support.
